Abstract

Mioma uteri merupakan tumor jinak uterus yang dapat menimbulkan manifestasi klinis dengan tingkat keparahan yang berbeda. Bukti mengenai faktor yang berhubungan dengan keparahan pada rumah sakit daerah di Papua masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan usia dan paritas dengan tingkat keparahan mioma uteri pada pasien rawat inap di RSUD Kwaingga, Kabupaten Keerom, periode 2020–2025. Penelitian menggunakan desain observasional analitik retrospektif berbasis rekam medis dengan total sampling terhadap 90 kasus yang memenuhi kriteria. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan bivariat menggunakan Fisher’s exact test untuk usia dan uji chi-square untuk paritas dengan tingkat kemaknaan p<0,05. Kelompok usia >40 tahun merupakan kelompok terbesar (58,9%), multipara 53,3%, dan kasus tidak parah 73,3%. Usia berhubungan secara bermakna dengan tingkat keparahan mioma uteri (p<0,001), sedangkan paritas tidak menunjukkan hubungan bermakna (p=0,188). Pada kelompok usia >40 tahun, proporsi kasus parah mencapai 43,4%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pada populasi yang diteliti, variasi keparahan lebih terkait dengan usia dibandingkan paritas. Penelitian menyediakan bukti lokal mengenai karakteristik pasien mioma uteri di rumah sakit daerah Papua dan dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan penelitian dengan variabel klinis dan patologis yang lebih lengkap.
